Our Process
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO INSURE A HASSLE FREE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS
- Contact the Claims Department of your Insurance Company and report that you may have wind, hail, storm, fire or water damage to your home, and get a Claim Number.
- The Insurance Company will contact you with the name and phone number of the Insurance Adjuster, along with the date and time the Adjuster will be coming out to inspect your home.
- Contact us with the insurance claim information (Claim Number, Claim Adjuster Name, Phone Number, and Time/Date of appointment). To protect your best interests, we need to meet with the Adjuster, and come to an agreement to cover the full scope of the damage to your home.
- You will receive a detailed Claim Report and an initial check from your Insurance Company.
- Contact us when this is received, and after we receive the initial payment, we will schedule your project for production.
- Upon completion of your project, we will examine the completed work and remove any leftover materials, and issue the final invoice for your project.
- You will receive final payment for the balance of the work from your Insurance Company.
- Contact us when this is received, so that we may receive the final balance due.
